These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Learn It Like Aliens (LILA), and its subsidiaries, representatives, affiliates, officers, and directors (collectively, “LILA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of LILA’s website and service, or services directly related to LILA’s website and service, including (without limitation) all websites, mobile applications, and other interactive properties through which such services are delivered (collectively, the “Service” or “Services”). By accessing and/or using our Services, whether or not you register for a membership, you hereby agree to be bound by these terms, the terms and conditions of our Privacy Policy, and any other legal notices or other rules, policies, and procedures relating to the Services that we may publish from time to time (collectively, the “Governing Documents”). 1. Subscriptions & Purchases:

We collect certain data from you directly, like the information you enter yourself, data about your participation in courses, and data from third-party platforms you connect with. We also collect some data automatically, like information about your device and what parts of our Services you interact with or spend time using.

A. Subscriptions:

Upon the purchase of a learning plan from Learn It Like Aliens (“LILA”), you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to access the content for the specified duration of the selected plan (1, 3, 6, or 12 months). Upon expiration of the specified term, your access to all content will be automatically terminated unless you renew your subscription or purchase a new learning plan. LILA reserves the right to restrict access to certain content, subject to the terms of your specific plan.
LILA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify the pricing structure and terms applicable to any purchases or subscriptions. Any such modifications shall become effective at the commencement of the next billing cycle following the change. LILA may, but is not obligated to, provide notice of such changes. By continuing to use the Services after the effective date of any changes, you expressly agree to be bound by the revised pricing and terms.

B. Purchases:

Upon completion of any purchase, access to the applicable content or service will be granted, and the full purchase price will be automatically charged to the payment method provided by you at the time of the transaction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the payment information is accurate, valid, and authorized. LILA assumes no liability for any delays or failures in access resulting from payment processing issues or errors on your part.
All content or services purchased through Learn It Like Aliens (“LILA”) are strictly licensed for personal, non-commercial, educational use only. Such content or services may not, under any circumstances, be resold, redistributed, shared, or used in any manner that contravenes these Terms or infringes upon the intellectual property rights of LILA or its licensors. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of purchased content or services is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access, legal action, and liability for damages.

2. Refund Policy:

A. No Refunds:

All purchases made through Learn It Like Aliens (“LILA”) are final, non-cancellable, and strictly non-refundable. LILA enforces a stringent no-refund policy for all course purchases. Upon completion of a transaction for any learning plan or service, the purchase is irrevocable, and no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be provided under any circumstances. This policy is absolute, regardless of the reasoning behind the request, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the content, change of mind, or inability to access the content due to personal or technical reasons outside of LILA’s control..

B. Non-Refundable Subscription Period:

By choosing to unsubscribe or cancel any course or subscription during an active subscription period, you expressly acknowledge and agree that no refunds, whether full or partial, will be granted for any unused portion of the subscription. This policy applies irrespective of the timing of the cancellation within the billing cycle, and no credits or compensation will be provided for any remaining time on the subscription following cancellation.

C. Post-Unsubscription Content Access:

In the event that you choose to unsubscribe from a subscription plan after a brief period, you acknowledge and agree that no refund will be issued for any remaining duration of your subscription. You will, however, retain full access to all subscribed content and services for the entire duration of the original subscription term for which you have made payment. Upon the expiration of this subscription period, all access to the associated content and services shall be revoked. Should you wish to regain access thereafter, you will be required to purchase a new subscription plan.

D. Acceptance of Refund Policy:

By subscribing to any course or service offered by LILA, you explicitly agree to and accept this no-refund policy. Your continued use of LILA’s services following your subscription serves as your acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms, which are binding and non-negotiable.

3. Ownership of Intellectual Property:

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Learn It Like Aliens (LILA) Services, including but not limited to the websites, current and future applications, APIs, databases, and any and all content or materials provided through the Service, are and shall remain the exclusive property of Learn It Like Aliens (LILA) and its respective licensors. No part of the Services or their contents may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used in any manner without the prior express written consent of LILA or the appropriate licensor. All rights not expressly granted are hereby reserved.

4. Protection of Intellectual Property:

Our Services are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws in India. You are not granted any rights or licenses to use the “Learn It Like Aliens” (LILA) name, trademarks, service marks, logos, domain names, or any other distinctive brand features, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes, without the prior written consent of LILA. 5. License Grant:

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and Conditions, we hereby grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use our Services solely for your personal educational purposes. This license is strictly conditioned on your adherence to these Terms, any other applicable governing documents, and all relevant laws and regulations. Any use of the Services outside the scope of this license is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of your access.

7. User Conduct:

You must use LILA in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules, ensuring your actions do not violate any legal standards.
You are prohibited from posting or transmitting any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
You agree not to impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any individual or organization.
You must not interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or performance of our platform, including the transmission of any viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
You agree to interact with other users in a respectful and non-abusive manner, refraining from harassment, bullying, or discriminatory behavior.

This includes, but is not limited to, instances where your conduct or the content you post is deemed unlawful, harmful, disruptive, or otherwise inconsistent with the intended use of the platform. In the event of termination or suspension, you may forfeit any associated content, data, or privileges related to your account. LILA is not liable for any loss resulting from such actions.
